Terms & Condition

The Contract

• An independent contractor relationship will be created between the clients and Adidev Global Info; no partnership or joint venture is intended or implied.
• A date of commencement of the services will be agreed upon by both parties and charges will be applicable accordingly.
• A monthly report of performance services will be provided to the clients.
• Either party must provide at least 30 business days prior notice before canceling or transferring service responsibilities.
• Adidev Global Info reserves the right to subcontract third-party service providers for certain tasks.
• Individuals who are not part of this contract have no rights under or in connection with it.

Payment

• Clients opting for monthly service packages must pay the full amount before work begins.
• If a fixed quote is agreed upon, 50% payment is due upfront and the remaining 50% within 7 days of service start date.
• Invoices are sent monthly, in advance.
• Failure to pay on time will result in immediate termination of services without prior notice.

Liability

• Adidev Global Info is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses due to delays caused by natural or uncontrollable circumstances.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Adidev Global Info harmless against claims related to false advertising, intellectual property infringement, service disruption, or content submitted for publication.
• Content submitted by clients becomes publicly accessible once published; Adidev Global Info is not liable for any resulting damages or loss of goodwill.

Waiver

• Failure to enforce any part of the contract does not constitute a waiver of rights.
• Any official waiver must be communicated in writing to be valid.

Privacy Rights

• Client information (name, email, contact, etc.) shared via forms will remain confidential and only accessible to employees of Adidev Global Info.
• Reasonable precautions are taken to protect your data from misuse or loss.
• Internet data transfer is inherently insecure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
• We use SSL encryption for all payment transactions to prevent online theft or fraud.
• Cookies may be used to gather anonymous browsing data to optimize the website experience.
• Third-party advertisers on our site may use cookies, but they do not gain access to your personal data.

*Adidev Global Info reserves the right to update these terms at any time, including during ongoing contracts. Clients will be notified of any changes via official company email.
